Bizsomia is an online platform that connects business owners/freelancers and allows them to expand their business network. These ‘Terms of Use’ governs when you use our services through web site or mobile application. It also applies to any firm/legal entity which may be represented by any person who access or use this platform.

These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing of the rules and regulations, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use for accessing and using our Platform.

Change

We may change, modify, amend, or update this Contract from time to time. If you do not agree to any change, you must stop using the service with immediate effect. Your continuous use of the service means that you accept the updated agreement.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials such as your user id, password, OTP, etc., and for restricting access to your computer/mobile to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

User(s) Commitment

Intermediary Status and No Liability

Bizsomia is an intermediary under Indian law. Our role is limited to provide a platform for business owners/freelancers to display their profile and get new business opportunities. 

We do not hold any responsibility for quality of product listed on platform or payment terms. You need to do your own research, before getting into any deal.

We do not control what people post on our Platform but we expect everyone to comply with the Bizsomia Content and Community Guidelines. Our responsibility for anything that happens on our Platform is strictly governed by the laws of the Republic of India and is limited to that extent.
